Commercial United Packaging Company (CUPCO), a division of ENPI Group supplies low cost, high quality packaging for the fast-food sector. CUPCO was established in 1998 and helped the regional fast-food industry increase its commercial viability by utilizing a regional supplier instead of expensive North American imports. CUPCO houses high-speed, ultra-modern equipment, as well as a top of the range pre-press and designing unit, enabling CUPCO to cater to world-famous brands.

CUPCO’s pre-press unit possesses a fully-integrated repro department utilizing modular workflow, colour management and an artwork proofing system. CUPCO’s versatile printing technology means it can print on a wide variety of substrates including thin paper and thick board. Self-adhesive labels can also be produced for the cups for use as promotional stickers i.e. “scratch n win”.

Emirates National Factory for Plastic Industries Group (ENPI) was founded in 1995 with the original aim of promoting a profitable and sustainable business as a manufacturer and printer of plastic items. Over the course of 15 years ENPI went through a radical diversification strategy to become the group of eleven renowned companies it is today.

In 1998 a gap in the market existed for the supply of low cost, high quality packaging for the fast-food sector. Establishing CUPCO meant ENPI was the first in the region to satisfy this gap, and helped the industry increase its commercial viability by utilizing a regional supplier instead of expensive imports.
